What you'll probably want to ask.
Yes - that's the whole point. Most accounts look something like 1 Pro (the owner), 2 Business (office manager + sales), and 4-12 Crew. You pay per seat, per tier.
Remove their seat and billing drops pro-rata on the next invoice. Their job history and evidence stays on the business account - it's yours, not theirs.
Early-access cohorts run a 30-day pilot with full Pro access for the owner. We onboard you ourselves - data migration, saved rates, compliance templates - before the clock starts.
No. Tender extraction is an optional add-on for businesses that respond to tender PDFs. If you quote from emails and phone calls, you'll likely never need credits.
The per-seat rate at the time you join stays the same for the life of the subscription, as long as you don't downgrade. If we raise prices later, you stay at $5/$30/$50.
Any time, from settings. Monthly plans end at the current period. Annual plans are refunded pro-rata for unused months. You can export everything before you leave.
