1. Who we are

Foxspec is an operations software product for trade businesses. The marketing site and early-access product are currently focused on Australian trade businesses, with some early research and workflow context spanning both Australia and New Zealand. When we say "Foxspec", "we", or "us" in this policy, we mean the Foxspec team operating this site and service.

2. What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, the admin pain point you selected, and the page you signed up from. Where relevant, we also store high-level buying context such as the plan or seat mix you were exploring so we can follow up more usefully.

When you use the Foxspec platform (once available), we collect the information you provide to run your business - jobs, quotes, invoices, compliance documents, crew details, and evidence. This data belongs to your organisation.

3. How we use your data

Waitlist data is used to invite you to early access and understand which trade-specific features to prioritise. We do not sell, share, or use your data for advertising.

Platform data is used solely to provide the Foxspec service to your organisation. We do not train AI models on your business data and we do not share it with third parties except the services you explicitly connect (such as Xero, email providers, or payment processors).

4. Where we store data

All data is stored in the Australia (Sydney) region. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest.

5. Your rights

Depending on your location and the way you use Foxspec, you may have rights under applicable privacy law, including Australian privacy law and, where relevant, New Zealand privacy law. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by emailing privacy@foxspec.com.

6. Cookies and analytics

This marketing site uses privacy-focused analytics (when enabled) that do not use cookies for tracking. We do not run retargeting, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. The platform application uses essential cookies for authentication only.

7. Changes to this policy

We will update this page if our practices change. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.
