Foxspec TendersProduct category

Price the specs, not the paperwork around them.

Turn a heavy document set into a bid you can review. Scope, quantities, RFIs, exclusions, and traps come forward before the late-night read-through.

Tender extraction

Extracted, but still inspectable.

You see source, confidence, and uncertainty before pricing.

How this works

Built as one system, not another tool sitting beside the inbox or spreadsheet.

Each category can stand on its own, but the same clients, jobs, documents, evidence, and approvals sit underneath it, so the team is not re-entering the same context in every module.

Extract the trade-relevant scope

Rooms, products, quantities, drawings, specification notes, and trade clauses are pulled into something you can review instead of staying buried across hundreds of PDF pages.

Surface RFIs and compliance traps

Missing details, substitutions, warranty requirements, and handover obligations are flagged for review before they turn into missed scope or underpriced risk.

Move from bid to work cleanly

A successful tender should connect back to jobs, readiness, documents, evidence, and submission material instead of forcing the team to start over once the work is won.

The workflow

Four steps from PDF in your inbox to submitted bid.

No spreadsheets. No late-night assembly. No “I'll start it tomorrow” that means next week.

A note from the founder

I started Foxspec after too many conversations with owners who were doing the real work all day, then reopening the laptop at night just to chase quotes, paperwork, and missing context. The goal is simple: when you finally sit down, the first pass should already be there.
